Do you prepare wills, trusts and power of attorney documents?

Do you offer plans that address long term care and nursing home costs?

Yes, we will review your options to plan for the potential that you need long term care. Nearly one in three persons will need some form of long term care during their lifetime. Costs per month are moving toward $10,000 which can wipe out any inheritance quickly.

Where are you located?

Our offices are located conveniently along Route 50 just west of the Courthouse in downtown Hillsboro in the Historic Scott House. The address is 338 West Main Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. There is ample parking on site and ramp access at the rear of the building.

Do you have strategies that avoid going to probate Court when a loved one dies?

Absolutely! We give our clients a lot of value by developing a plan that can help them avoid probate court for most if not all of their assets.

Do You do other types of law?

We have a general practice but are focused on helping people develop estate plans. assisting those who are settling the estate for a loved one who has passed and on assisting clients with real estate matters, generally related to passing property on to family members or buying and selling property as part of long term asset planning.
